The YLC Cookie Wall
The brand-new cookie wall has arrived! The very first, and currently only cookie wall in the UK, makes a fabulous alternative or accompaniment to a cake at your event. Whatever the special occasion may be, a cookie wall will create a visual statement, encourage interaction from your guests and let’s face it, most people love cookies, right?! In the unlikely event, you have any cookies left over, it’s no hardship to make them disappear...
The cost includes the hire or purchase of the wall, cookie flavour labels, the cookies and personalisation of the wall. It is available in either black or white, with either gold, black or white personalisation and labels. You have the choice of either the freestanding table top option or the hanging option (if you have nowhere for it to be hung there is the option to hire a frame). There is a large variety of flavours to choose from and most flavour requests can be accommodated. Each batch can be a different flavour cookie, or if you prefer they can be all the same flavour!
£150 – Wall Hire, 4 batches of cookies (approx. 116 cookies), hand lettered flavour labels and personalisation by www.pollyandme.co.uk (e.g. 2 names and date)
+£25 for each additional batch of cookies (approx. 28 cookies per batch)
The wall can hold a max of 7 batches – however you can order as many as you require and they can be topped up as needed.
+£50 should you wish to keep the wall.

USEFUL LITTLE NOTES
It is preferable to be setup by YLC at our chosen venue – a delivery charge will apply; this charge will be based on distance and set up time required.
Collection of the wall and cookies from the YLC studio can be arranged. There must be sufficient space in the collecting vehicle to prevent damage to the wall. This can be 2/3 days prior to your event.
A security deposit of £80 will be required when hiring – this is fully refunded once the wall is returned in the original condition. If the wall is damaged (this includes any damage from attaching flowers/other detail) or not returned the security deposit will not be refunded or proportion to repair the wall will be kept.
The wall will need to be returned to the studio within 5 working days after the vent (unless otherwise agreed with YLC)
30% deposit if required at the time of booking, with further payments of 30% 2 months before and 40% of balance due 1 month prior to event.
